Pune to Shirdi Taxi

To reach Shirdi from Pune, there are three popular routes with close to 5 hours of driving. 

The shortest route for Pune to Shirdi road trip is via NH 160. This route is around 186 km long and can be covered within 4 hours and 40 minutes of driving. 
Another Pune-Shirdi route is about 191 km long. It goes via NH60 and MH SH 49/MH SH 66, which you can comfortably cover in 5 hours in our Pune to Shirdi taxi. There is one more route which requires a similar travel time of 5 hours. It goes via NH 753F and NH 160. On this route you need to cover a distance of 199.4 km.

Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Temple

Every tour to Shirdi includes a visit to Shri Sai Baba Temple, dedicated to Sai Baba, who is one of most renowned saints of the 19th century. You can seek blessings at this temple from 4 AM to 11 PM. On an average day, more than 30,000 devotees visit this temple. 

Gurusthan

As the name indicates, it is the seat of the teacher. It was the place where Sai Baba used to sit under a neem tree. A significant shrine, it is said that Sai Baba had appeared at this place as a 16 years old boy. At present, there is a portrait of Baba and shiva lingam at this place. 

Shani Shingnapur

Highly revered among devotees, this temple is located 70 km away from Shirdi. It is dedicated to Lord Shani and is said to have miraculous power. With a roof or the walls, the swayambhu idol of Lord Shani can be found under the open sky. The idol is made up on black stone and is around 5.5 feet tall. 

Lendi Baugh

A perfect garden to sit and relax, it is a must visit in Shirdi. This garden used to have a huge neem tree under which Sai Baba used to sit and meditate. It is also said that he used to water the plants here. Here you will also find samadhis of great Sai Baba devotees like Abdul Baba, Tatya Kote Patil, Bhau Maharaj Kumbhar and Nanavalli. 

Dwarkamai

Initially an old mosque building, it later became the place from where Sai Baba would receive and talk to people and heal them. He lived in this two storied building, until his last breath. Once here, do not miss the exceptional oil painting of Sai baba along with the rock where he used to sit.
